Which data is necessary to analyze an issue with the DiVa download test?
Answer:
Please increase the DTL log level in the registry:
- Open the registry editor (search for
regedit.exe
in the Windows start menu) - In the registry editor navigate to
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Vector\vFlash\[vFlash version]
- Double-click on DTL LogSeverity and set the value to TRACE
- Close the registry editor
Then please run the DiVa download test and provide these data afterwards:
- DiVa mini report:
- Open the Test Report in DiVa.
- Navigate to the download test.
- Click on Report | Archive Mini Report | From Current Test Case.
- Please also include the diagnostic specification and the Pack&Go file through the subsequent dialog.
- The vFlashPack
- The DiVa2vFlashAutomation log files
- The log files are stored here:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Vector\CANoe.DiVa\[DiVa version]\
- Please zip all the files which reside in this directory.
